    Does NXTKYN create or replace legal documents?

    No. NXTKYN organizes information, document locations, contacts and responsibilities around your plan. It does not create legal authority or replace advice from a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

    Are wills and trusts the same in every country?

    No. The names, requirements and legal effect of wills, testaments, trusts, foundations, nominations and similar arrangements vary. NXTKYN lets a family record the applicable jurisdiction and local adviser without treating one country’s system as universal.

    Is NXTKYN only for cross-border families?

    No. NXTKYN is a global family continuity product for every kind of family. It is equally useful when relatives live in the same city, different states or different countries.

    What information should go into NXTKYN?
